Dear Harvey Residents and Friends,

My name is Anthony L. McCaskill I am running for Mayor of Harvey and ask for your vote on April 4, 2023.

I was born at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in 1974; and raised on Paulina. I attended Tompkin’s Tiny Tots Preschool, Whittier Elementary, Gwendolyn Brooks Junior High, and Thornton Township High School. As a youth, I spent the best days of my life right here. I played baseball at Little League Park, football at Ashland, and hung out with friends at Cooper. My wife Kisha and I have raised four kids here and never left because #Harveyishome.

We know you are disappointed by the crime rate, the mismanaged police, the boarded-up homes, the road conditions, high property taxes and the rapid loss of businesses. We share your frustration because we live here. We are residents and homeowners. We are just as disappointed as you are. We know what Harvey was and believe in what it can be.

I will not rest until Harvey sees real change.

Together we can rebuild and advance the great city of Harvey.
